Fly Friendly, Fly Neighbourly
As part of our Airport Environment Strategy, the Airport undertook to develop and implement a Noise Management Plan to try to reduce the noise footprint in and around the Airport.
A key component of our Noise Management Plan is our Fly Neighbourly program aimed at educating pilots and aviation businesses to consider the noise impact they generate and how to best to minimise noise with the local community in mind.
We have consulted with our local aviators and believe we have developed a program which is both meaningful and workable for pilots.
